Some pics from Sunday before last. I decided it would be good to take a 7-hour day trip to Glen Innes and back on a loop of scenic countryside. Most of these are snapshots from the helmet camera.
On the A1 motorway. That's *kilometers* per hour.
Australians don't seem to understand that "drink" is a verb, not an adjective.
Twisties start North of Grafton.
Stopping to admire the view in the Gibraltar Range National Park.
I had to dodge cows in several places!
Glen Innes is home of the Australian Standing Stones to honor its Celtic heritage. Sort of like Stonehenge, but in existince only since 1992.
Seasons are reversed here. It's fall in Australia.
Shadows are getting longer on the way home.
