U-turns all the time where I live (wine whores and tourists on backroads that they don't know) and they even do them on blind corners. Or they just park their fucking car in the middle of the road so they can look at the scenery and take pictures. It's all about them dontchano.............

Very common driver behaviour on that road. It also happens to be a road where speeds are very high for motorcyclists, not unusual to see bikes hitting triple digits as they make a left from Bodega heading toward 101. You can see a long way up the road so its wfo time. The same coming the other way, lots of really high speeds for bikes on that road.

The problem is drivers often get confused as its a narrow road and it seems to go nowhere so they try to get back to Bodega Ave. They end up hanging fast Uees near farm driveways and if you are headed in their direction they will not notice a bike.

If you ride up here, watch those nice country roads where it looks like a quick runup to 100+ is an easy thrill.

Not saying the rider was speeding, just that seeing bikes at hyper velocities, speeds way over 100 mph on those roads is an everyday thing.

Be careful west of 101, north of Petaluma.
