I don't know about that. I'd say it definitely used to be. But when it went legal for recreational, the prices went through the roof and service didn't seem to follow. I've been in a couple of times since this happened and was greatly disappointed. They are likely a good resource for information and probably do have stringent testing, etc. I just can't get behind their prices considering the volume.
