Rented Garage Space in Hayes Valley or Lower Haight

Hey there, I'm looking to move into a studio in the Hayes Valley or Lower Haight area. Problem is a lot of buildings with studios tend to not have garages. Does anyone know anyone looking to rent a garage or some space in a garage in Hayes Valley? Don't want to risk street parking my bike as I had one stolen that was parked on the street 2 times/week and the wound is still fresh.

I know there's a garage at the Opera but it's limited hours and closed on some weekends. Any direction would help!
