Removal of Smog ??? 2007 ZX6R

Anybody have the correct method for removal???

yup. its pretty much the same as it is for all bikes. block-off plates for the 2ndary air injection. a few vaccum plugs for the throttle bodies and a few feet of fuel line to run the vent and over-fill from the tank to your catch bottle.

found the mod in full detail and great pictures on the kawiforum.com

also called kawasaki dealer to confirm the 06 636 mod will work on the
07 zx6r...they are the same. just make sure to vent the tank.
