I'm considering a couple bike options (XR80 front 12" or XR100 w/ XR80 12"s), which will require re-lacing rims. Anyone know where I can this done near the So. Bay? Also, what would it cost (roughly)?

Chris Quinn at Wheel Works in Hayward. No website, but his contact info is here on Yelp, and there are other threads and mentions peppered around BARF.
Might be a bit far for you; but his being in the business (strictly wheel lacing & servicing) might be a pull for ya. He does GREAT work, & sponsors AFM riders too! He's been doing this since the mid-70's....:thumbup

i don't know if there's a south bay resource for this or not?

Yeah but that's gonna take 3 and a half hours....:thumbup:teethMad
that was my thinking. When I was in Santa Clara Kaiser last year for a month, took the wifie 2+ hours sometimes to/from SLZ on weekdays here...

I told here to ride my bike = that went over like a lead balloon.:rolleyes

Still need lacing ?

If your interested, I have a set of XR80/100 - 12" wheels already with tires, tubes and HD spokes I'd sell.
