Thanks for looking BarF.:thumbup
Hey BARFers! I have another bike for sale.
I’m a little sad to sell this beauty, but I need to fund more 2 stroke fun.
She had been sitting for almost 15 years when I rescued her. I bought this RD125 about 5 years ago,
I changed all the fluids, tested the brakes, aired up the tires, and gave her a few kicks, and she fired right up! Oil injection, so no need for premix.
I have been riding it weekly ever since.
I have installed new plug wires and caps, new Avon sticky rubber, and café style handlebars/mirrors.
She has less than 3500 original miles, and turns heads everywhere we go.
She handles great, and is the perfect small city bike. Good looks, good noise, and unique.
She’s not perfect.
She has a dent in the left side of the tank, but no paint chip, so it might pop out.
The stock pipes have surface rust, and I have removed the passenger pegs.
The carbs have NEVER been off, but she still runs great.
I have a few extra’s that go with her.
New chain and sprockets.
New fork seals.
New reeds for the carbs.
A pair of expansion chambers in pieces. They need the three pieces each to be welded together.
Current registration, clean title in hand.
I am asking $1200 or trade, CA., and she is for sale locally, so don’t wait.
I have bought and sold over a dozen bikes with other BARFers, and everybody has always been very happy with the transactions.
I will get pics of the other side of the bike tomorrow.
If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t.
Thanks for looking!
