So it doesn't matter now since I just got my "C M1" license in the mail last week (yeah! I'm licensed again for M1 after 10 years), but what is considered "highway"?
I know we aren't permitted to have passengers and ride at night, but the no highway riding is somewhat vague to me.
I realize that 280, 101, etc. are not permitted, but what about highways 9, 1, 35, and similar roads?
I went for some groups ride while only having my permit and I wonder if I could have had my bike impounded if I was stopped on one of these roads.
