a nice piece. fit kinda' off sllightly so had to take a dremel & clearance it otherwise might rub the tire sidewall. wish they would've included a longer screw for the R side, had to dig one up. blue locktite'd everything down. I know this sucks w/o pics and try to add some later.

oh great, I get some pix and bam there's proof overoiled my chain - DOH! :toothless this is the side I had to trim.

Looks sweet dude. If you don't mind me asking, how much did that hugger run you? Also, do you know anything about some good frame sliders for our bikes? I have a 2002 though, it might be different.

hi akra:

the hugger was expensive $175 from streetfighters by design + s/h & CA tax - but it was sent w/o delay :)

zx6r frame sliders there is only one company I know of so far that makes proper engine mount sliders. the catch is they are in the UK and contact can be spotty. omzig on SBN had some difficulties w/installation so I been holding off till the product gets more sorted out. but that's the one to get. I believe there is no difference between the '01 - '02 bikes other than color choices.
