Co-Worker sent me this this morning, apparently she found a pup in Pacifica, sweet dog, needs a place to live. The Peninsula Humane society will hold for 4 days (pending behavioural tests) and then put her to sleep if she doesn't meet their criteria.

All the contact info and stuff is in the email below:

I found this sweet girl running along Francisco Blvd. in Pacifica Sunday Jan 5, around 1pm- I followed her to Eureka square and was able to catch her. Got her into my car, no problem, she is super sweet and quite obviously got lost. She let me pet her the whole way there, and she had no reaction to Mimi. Took her to Peninsula Humane and she is not chipped.

They will hold her for 4 days, then evaluate her and if all ok be put up for adoption, I am pretty sure she will pass as she really is very gentle, BUT if she does not she will be put down.

If you know anyone who can adopt her or foster her, call the Peninsula Humane Society - 650-340-7022 X 339 - her intake # is 561975
She really is a darling dog, probably 1-3 years old, looks healthy and well cared for. I hated to turn her in but no choice with Miz Mimi.
Thanks for any help, and please pass this on so we can get her home

I can't have two females in the house, but give Rocket Dog Rescue and Bad Rap calls and see if you can get this pretty girl into a foster home. :love

Yay! Owner has been found, even with no chip, no id, etc. So she is going back home! Apparently she snuck out and got out of the yard on a wild adventure for a while.
