"A funeral procession for a victim of a car crash was interrupted by another crash. It is customary to stop in respect for the deceased. Caught on a helmet cam, this motorcyclist was almost killed by a pick-up truck that failed to stop. This has sparked the debate of whether or not people should stop for these processions."

We have this saying in aviation, that accidents are caused by a chain of events. Break one of those links, and you have an accident.
