MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE
Recently got the Alpinestar Stunt jacket and gotta say I love it, especially for the price of around $360--prices vary...:teeth
Its has a laid-back cut/looks to it yet still offers good protection and a snug fit for riding around town or on favorite backroads without looking too much like Ricky-Racer.....
It is pretty snug but breaks-in quickly after a few rides and is quite comfortable thereafter without being too stiff or having the jacket too tight for a long period of time....
Has a removeable vest liner for hot days and perforated shoulders for the more warmer days....The red/white/black is the only one that's fully perforated for some reason but its still pretty warm with the vest liner and pretty cool with it removed.....
The inside liner does help keep warm when needed and help the leather "breathe" so that you won't sweat up too much....
Reflective strips around the arm and near the collar on the back for night riding but I wouldn't count on it for a cager to see you.....
It does have a "backprotector" which is more of a foam equivalent to a stick of gum but the jacket does have a big enough pocket to insert other brands if desired: Ive inserted a 7-plate Dianese backarmor without any problems.....
The main entry zipper pull is a bit weak as well but can be easily be replaced by stronger ones so be warned....carry a paperclip with you on the road , just in case.....
The jacket is easily attachable to the Alpinestar "Track" pants with an almost 360 zipper as well......
For the money, its a good product and happy with it for my everyday riding needs.....
