I did one day last year and it was good. Signed up for one so far this year. I have heard ownership changed though.

They are awesome, Ethan, the owner is a super cool dude. They made my first track day really fun. I'm signed up with them for 5/26

Hmmmmmmmm Kevin 5/26 is tempting. I'll do 5/20 Ken Hill school and where I'm at financially :) I MIGHT see you there.

And yeah it was my first time with Precision Trackdays on 4/20/14. It was a perfect day. My only suuuuper small complaint would be the fact that they keep riders on the grid a bit too long. It was no issue in April but that would SUCK in July to wait 5-10 mins on the grid in the heat.

I've been to track dozens of times with other orgs who run the groups perfectly smoothly and safely with no break in between. They call 5 mins. I get ready and I hit the grid while they do the "immediate call" announcement. No wait. They just roll you on track so you're not frying in the heat..

That's all. :)

That's some good info on the grid wait time. That would be miserable in the heat.

I've been to plenty of Precision track days with Speedycorky (hubby) ... and on one of the days I actually signed up to run myself on the track for a day.

Nice, great people and you'll have a great time. If you bring your significant other, make sure she/he brings her leathers gear all that ... the Precision crew gives 2up rides, while in session. :banana I've done a few times now, and have had a blast. Even if you don't have gear ... they have extra laying around and can suit you up and you can go 2 up.
At lunch time they do "A taste of the track", so anyone can get out there and ride the track a few times.

You can ask for help and pointers and someone can follow you around the track and let you know what you need to do to improve. They give special attention.:teeth Heck... they'll help all weekend long if you really want. But you should give your instructor a kiss if you ask for that much attention. :p

I've also been to z2 track days as a spectator ( very safety oriented). If you crash you can't go out again for that day I think. Really nice folks that run the program.

And I've gone out to T-Hill with Kegwins. Suuuuupper chill. :cool I had a great time!!! Got to go 2up with husband for quite some time. :banana :banana I'm not sure if any other track provider allows that. So I definitely would like to go again to a Kegwins track day.

Well... that's my impression from a spectator's view. Sitting in a chair, under the tent all day to me gets boring. I can't concentrate enough to read honestly. It's loud anyway..So it's nice if you get to ride on the track yourself on the back. :ride

Safety. Priority number for Precision is always safety. The wait time was so the track could be checked for oil, A car left oil all over the track the previous day, a turbo bike blew up down the straight, another bike lost an oil cap.
Nothing was visible but people reported sliding throughout the day so they had to check it out. The grid release is controlled by the control tower via radio. Precision won't hold people back without reason, the grid workers will typically tell you to cut your engines if there is any sort of delay too.

great organizer but can do the sign in / bike inspection a little differently. but overall had a great time with them on April 20th. i also sign up with them again for May 26. if you get in early or as a group you get some great price for the weekend. my May 26th trackday with them will only cost me $109, the cheapest i have ever paid for a weekend trackday at THill.....
