Pre-AFM Friday Track Days and AFM racing weekends

IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TWICE IN A ROW....we didn't address it properly. SOOOooo.....

As a reminder to all racers and vendors attending the Friday track day and the AFM races..

Please keep in mind that there is a vendor map.

If you are arriving Friday to participate in the track day, it will be reasonable to expect the vendor to ask you to relocate if you are pitted where they are assigned space.

If you are a vendor, it will be reasonable to expect that at the end of the day track day, there will be a bit of time to unwind and load up before moving (let's just say 6pm-ish for sake of putting a time on it)

There were some issues at the last round, and the last thing we want to hear is someone being upset and threatening to not race with the AFM because they didn't know about or didn't look at the vendor map before setting up the pit.

Not particularly a fun way to spend Friday evening and Saturday morning...for anyone.

Not sure if that's what made the difference but last year there was a reminder on the FB page before every round.

Finding the vendor maps on AFM website currently means you need to be specifically looking for them.

Wasn't me, though, so don't know for sure ;-)
