Place to Stay in Groveland

I have to go to Groveland for business next week.
I am having trouble finding any hotel with a gym.

Anyone ever stay at the Berkshire Inn or Rush Creek Lodge?

My business is at the Berkshire, but Rush Creek looks quite a bit better, but 20 miles away.

Other suggestions?

Money isn't too much of an object, but it should be reasonably close to the Berkshire.

Should be a ton of Air BnB's. We stayed at a nice one at pine mt lake last xmas.

Rush Creek is pretty rad, but a good 20 minutes from town.

Heated pool, nice digs, decent restaurant (over priced), free smore supplies and a fire pit to match.
