Pho Garden Challenge

Has any barfer ever finished?? Or at least who's attempted and how much of it did you finish?

Those who have no idea what I'm talking about, I did the Pho Garden Challenge last night where you try to eat a bowl of pho in 1 hour that has 2lbs of meat and 2lbs of noodles. I signed my life away on their little waiver and attached is the picture before I started. Notice the chopsticks' size in comparison to the bowl. :wtf

I lovvves me some pho, but I only finished 2/3rds of it. Oh well, the owner said it was a valiant effort for a girl :teeth

Is this the place in the Richmond? I went to try the challenge but it was closed on a Wed. :wtf

Are you allowed to use a snorkel? I'm Vietnamese and occasionally eat too much. I wonder if they'd give me some credit for that?

I couldn't finish. My plan was to eat all the noodles before they expanded in the soup, but after a while the taste got so bland. Then the noodles expanded in my stomach instead...:(

Went to Yum Yum in SF today. Good had the beef and seafood Pho. Not as big as pictured above but tasty. Time for left overs.

I had the extra large pho and was stuffed...I mean really stuffed as in food coma stuffed. The girl then walked by and said I'm almost up to the pho challenge, only 2 more XL bowls!!!! So no freaking way can I do the challenge.

I'm fully aware that I'm in the minority here...but I find Pho disgusting! Looking at the 2 pics you guys took makes my stomach turn:barf It looks like sewage:later
