These guys look stoic but they're totally not - the one in white is Younas - the mechanic that also came on tour 1 (his wife had their son while he was away with us! oops) and in tan is Altaf - he's Moin's right hand man and handles a lot of the planning/coordination that goes into the tour.

Jeeps like that are EVERYWHERE around here. We managed to get fuel in Hunza to get to Skardu, but it was challenging. Moin and his crew have some very good connections, and it still took three people hanging out at a gas station for 10 hours to get fuel in Hunza. Not sure how/when we'll be able to get fuel here in Skardu, but I know that Moin will find a way. The kid is amazing!

Quite the opposite. Sam and I are both pretty big guys.... Fewer people than tour 1, though. Only 3 of us from the US. :wow

Mohy has gone home, so we have Moin, Younas, Sunny, Altaf, Zishan, Uzman, and Mahmood. We had a bunch of Moin's friends for the first few legs.
