We have Lync or Skype for biz and OWA.
People can IM me from OWA but I'm too stupid to locate the feature. I can reply but cant start one of my own. I've looked everywhere and searched their help and nothing... I'm using the "older" version - there is a toggle. I tried both.
Anyone know what to look for?
