So I've been helping my father go through some boxes of photos in the garage he hasn't been through in years/decades.
In the 60's he had a small 35mm camera he'd carry with him everywhere, he'd load it with B&W film, but because he never had a darkroom he'd go into a hallway closet, tell us kids to lean up against the door to keep it from popping open while he was developing the negatives, and then he'd print them late at night in a makeshift lab he'd set up. It was always kinda like watching a mad scientist at work.
As we're going through the pics, we find this one... he snapped a pic of Steve McQueen at Laguna Seca early one morning, he's not sure the year, but the file box 1965.
