He sometimes does setups at the CycleGear bike night in Santa Rosa...you might be able to catch him there. You could also head over to Infineon on Apr 16 or May 13 and have him do it.

i imagine Dave is pretty busy during track/school days... is there a check-in 'protocol' to follow when showing up unannounced for a tuning?

That's very considerate. You can call the shop and ask them. Follow the sig below. However, Dave, Jim and Nickie do take "walk-ins". They're very nice people.

At the track, you wait in line. At the shop, call ahead. They were nice enough to accomodate me at the end of the day to do a basic setup on my DRZ.
