I did NorCal MedTac's Defensive Pistol 101 a few months back, and just did their 102 yesterday and had a BLAST, pun intended.
Got to do a lot more moving and shooting, shooting around barriers and heavy bag/grappling dummy work combined with shooting.
Bounding exercise, I'm the one in green.

Me fighting the heavy bag.

One of the women in class, who does armed guard work down on the SC Boardwalk. We all got to do this drill, but I didn't get any footage of mine, which I'm bummed on.

And the end of the day waterfall "drill". The "fight" command is given and the shooter at the far left end of the line begins firing, as soon as his first shot goes off, the second in line begins firing, then the first shot from the second in line starts fire for the third in line, and so on. Our goal was to shoot through our mags quicker than the person to our right. We had 3 mags loaded to 8 rounds, + 1 in the chamber. I didn't frame this up perfectly, so you can only see my hands in the video, just on the right edge of the frame. Though you can't tell, I smoked the dude next to me!

I've got a long list of folks I want to train with, and will probably start a thread here to sort out classes for BARFers who wanna join and/or have other course suggestions.
I also did the USPSA intro course at Richmond R&G a few weeks ago, and plan to start shooting carry optics in the next few weeks.
