I used all Fresno peppers (literally all they had for sale) and 2 habaneros. I think next time maybe more peppers and more habaneros. The jar has space. I will throw in the old brine. Also, I threw in the 2 pickled garlic cloves for extra garlic.

How long did you cure it for? I might do a pastrami with the next brisket I get. Just starting to cure pork belly from costco for some bacon. 5 days can't come soon enough.
