I finally bit the bullet and ordered the Instant Pot 8 qt Duo Plus. It arrives today! what should I make first? I'm thinking beef stew.

I harvested some tomatoes, basil, arugula and lemon from my garden. Bought some salmon. Grilled the salmon on high heat...basically seared it. Made a lemon/basil/oil/butter emulsion and used it for dressing and drizzled it on the salmon.
