What did you use for stuffing?
I once was invited to a turkey dinner in PR and the turkey was stuffed with various meats. That was a first for me.

Sausage, sage, thyme, dried bread cubes, turkey stock, onions, celery, cooked and baked in a casserole.

Stuffing is key to a delicious turkey dinner. I could almost do without everything else.
