What word have you come across lately that is new to you and you probably won't ever use in your everyday vocabulary but is still pretty neat?

My latest is flueric, which means a fluidic device without any moving parts. That is, a siphon or sink trap. Other flueric devices are found in the automotive and aviation industries.

Not new to me, but I like the word "nor" which is seldom used these days. Usually it would be paired with "neither" but I will also say things like "I won't turn down a glass of wine nor whiskey."
