If you have been a follower of MotoGP racing for decades like me, you will enjoy this rental from Netflix. They have numerous bike racing dvd's for rent, including many from the IOM TT, NW200, & other UK meets. I've watched all of those & was looking for something different, I checked out the title above "2006 MotoGP Review."

Several reasons this was really a good one: an American wins the MotoGP World Championship, Kawasaki was still racing GP's then (Shinji Nakano & Randy de "Punter"), Toni Elias, Marco Melandri, & Troy Bayliss all win their only GP's ever, one of the last times you see Loris Caprossi doing great. Casey Stoner's 1st season in 500gp.

That's just to name a few...other highlights= King Kenny Roberts Jr. getting podiums on the KRRR, Hopper getting a pole & podiums on the SUZ, Edwards coming within one corner of winning his only GP on the YAM, etc. Nicky shining @ the USGP at Laguna (I was there!), & Valentino Rossi dicing it up numerous times for the World Championship, & the deciding last race of the season. You even get to see the famous Pedrobot's boner of his career! :wow:

Lots of great stuff on this one, I enjoyed just hearing the two-strokes for the last time. It's really a great example if you must to rent one....:thumbup
