Riding down 880 this morning, leaving for a 15k+, 45 day road trip and my friends DL650 dropped the drain plug and seized the engine...

Looking for a SV650 or DL650 engine that we can swap in and get back on the road...

Between $500-800, used, and about 9 hours of time.

New engine is in and we're ready to hit the road!
BARF/ADV is the best!

Did you find a NEW new engine or a new USED engine? When we were looking, the best deal we found on a low mile motor was $900. Many others had broken exhaust studs etc.
