I really need some advice on a problem I have.

February 20th I dropped off my CRF250x front forks, triples and rear shock in a reputable shop in Santa Clara, (European Specialized Performance) One of the mechanics (Wyman) there does suspension rebuilds and valving etc,
I dropped them with the shop owner and have been in touch with the guy (Wyman) who was supposed to rebuilt the suspension, anodize the tubes, polish the triples and revalve and respring. He was staying in touch right up to 3 months ago. I have been getting the runaround since then.
He no longer works at the shop and he will not answer my texts or phone calls.

How do I get my suspension back, All I have is his mobile number and where he used to work.

I really need advice as My bike is sitting on a crate with no suspension...

Go back to the shop / shop owner that you dropped them off with and ask for them back. :dunno. It's a civil matter. If he doesn't have them see if he will point you in the right direction. Ask the owner how he can make this right. If he refuses to help you or compensate you with money or replacement parts, consider suing in small claims or civil court.

So, did you drop the stuff off at the shop, and get a work order, receipt, or other paperwork as a legitimate job, or did Wyman say "Hey, I'll do this for you on the side and you can pay me instead of paying the shop"? If the former then you have legal options to be made whole; if the latter you'll need to find, and deal with, Wyman.

Im afraid it was the latter, He was doing it on the side, He did suspension work at the shop after hours, That's the thing though, I cant find the looser....

Thanks all for the info, I think I will start with the shop and see where I can go from there.
Sickening!!
