Need a bid for a garage refinish

I would like to offer a BARFer the opportunity to bid a job.

I am looking to finish my garage, which would involve drywall, some electrical work, putting in a ceiling/floor to create an enclosed storage space, adding a dryer vent to the exterior of the house, and paint.

I have two other contractors bidding the job, so I am being up front about the situation. The job will go to the contractor who we feel is giving us the best value, and who gives us the most warm and fuzzies.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated, but being a BARFer will definitely get some bonus points in the beauty contest.

My home is located in Pinole, CA, and I am looking to get bids before the end of the week (Sunday), with work to commence next week.

Don't forget to have a super powered hvac system installed so when you host the next cigar party we can smoke in your new man cave and all the smoke will be evacuated. :evil :teeth

Mike, I used to smoke the occasional cigar, but I quit smoking cigarettes in January after 25 years, so I don't think I should indulge even on a nice stoagie.

The garage just needs to be cleaned up so it can serve as a garage, no man cave for me. :(

I'll shoot Stan a PM. I had no idea he did this type of work. However, I know he's racing this weekend, and he is probably not able to swing by before the end of the weekend.
