Motorcycle Insurance Claims Lawyer Needed

Seduction

Remember to ride safe.
My motorcycle got stolen last year around August and it is my second motorcycle that got stolen in San Francisco within 2-3 years. They believe it's suspicious and I would like to hire a lawyer to get a second opinion on this. I did a search on BARF forum and I couldn't find much info. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Insurance adjusters are such a bunch of assholes, fight them to the death.
I've been in your shoes, moto stolen, adjuster looked at me suspicious, and sucked at his job too, very time consuming and taxing on you but fight them assholes.

I am a former insurance adjuster with motorcycle specialty.
It is normal to perform a more thorough investegation on a 2nd time bike theft.

How long has it been?
Who is your carrier?
What kind of bike?

Tell him to go on BARF and do a search for "stolen moto: SF" and get back to you when he sees the myriad of results... Bet the insurance adjuster lives in Kansas or something, never even been to SF or know what the climate is like. Nothing in SF is safe, unfortunately.

I told the lady that bikes get stolen in SF so often and it felt like she doesn’t believe everything I said during the entire investigation....

OK that is too long-at Progressive we would typically escalate to Special Investigations and usually would end review in about 2 weeks. Longer 2nd or 3rd time.
State Farm has a reputation for this I was aftraid you were going to say it was them.
