Yes, I capitalized on purpose to illustrate what he isn't.

There are plenty of racers who would never consider doing something like that, he should never race again at this level or any professional level.

That's even worse in my opinion. Poor average Joe trying to ride his bike and a "professional" racer comes by and tries to basically kill him. I'd be suing his ass in a heartbeat.
