:( i'm stuck in break-in land + a 49 sq. mile city = 500 miles by maybe summer? put a whole 10 miles on this afternoon in an hour? stop. go. stop. go. whooo grand total of 90 freaking miles now!

just get a rear stand and run it through the gears. put a big fan in front of it to keep it cool. :) this should be in the How To section. :twofinger

Hell yeah i'm down for it!!!! things are starting to look a little ify for Sunday, both here at work and weather wise....hopefully both will work out in my favor....but Monday is on!!!!

I think it took 3 hours last time, but we took a long time for lunch.

I'm pretty sure Cbr Vixen and I will be there, looks like a pretty good ride, a nice mixture of stuff and LUNCH.

Doh! All these rides/meets starting in the South bay. Oh well...guess I'm in the minority.
Anyone from the SF area thinking about making this ride? If so, maybe we meet up and ride down to rei together. I'm still a maybe though depending on weather....not too fond of hittin' wet twisties. Probably makes for some nice roostertail burnouts though.

zx6r: alternatively, if you wanna go out and put some more miles on that thing to reach break-in point, lemme know! I had a 6r and remember the horrible break-in procedure....55mph in 6th gear (about 4000rpm) for the 1st 500 miles! woohoo! and then no more than 6000rpm for the next 500. kawi has the strictest break-in procedure i've seen!
