Mentors not answering email? Tech question

So i've emailed mentor@afmracing.org a couple times with no response.

Anyway, i have a couple questions:

-Can RTV be used on caliper bolts? I bought my bike from a guy who said he raced it with AFM and it had RTV on the rear caliper bolts, but the rulebook says they need safety wire or metal clips wired together (which the front does have).

-Pre-registered for my first race, am i done when it looks like this (picture attached)? I've filled out medical information and all that except for my blood type and last tetanus shot.

-haven't got my plastic card AFM license in the mail yet, is this a problem?

I believe the webmaster is working on re-establishing the correct link for the mentor address.

In regards to the rear caliper bolts, they should be wired.

And for the plastic card, I would contact the Licensing folks at:
License Committee, Entry Payment Questions:
Attn: Kathy Tabayoyon
P.O. Box 2716
Martinez, CA 94553
(925) 305-5867

It took a couple weeks for my card to show up in the mail, just FYI, not sure when you sent in your paperwork, mine just showed up a couple days ago.

By Caliper bolts, do you mean the Banjo's? (those can be RVT'd). The Caliper mount bolts need to be wired.
