Maybe think about preparing for winter

I ordered some fuel stabilizer today, realizing that my bikes may effectively be in for a winter of not being ridden. Ain’t gonna tell anyone what to do, but it’s a thought that might be useful to some people. Do what you will.

Was thinking the same. Drained the carb in the DRZ after an essential errand last Tuesday. Never needed fuel stabilizer before, but probably good insurance a prolonged storage.

Word of warning... use only as much additive as it says to use on the bottle. Sta-Bil is nasty stuff and excessively high concentrations can potentially damage fuel system components.

Seafoam is on my shelf, good idea, hadn't thought of it.
I did bring out the batttery tender though.
Been switching the tender between the car and the moto.
