Thanks for the thought Todd but per their criteria, Elena is still too young as applicants must be born no later than Dec. of 92. Elena was born Nov. 93

I was looking at their rider profiles and saw two riders that were born in '93 that have not had their birthdays yet.

I think the biggest problem would be getting out to europe to participate in the selection process.
