Machine Shop for Axle?

Hey all, I'm doing a wheel swap on my Bandit and ran into some issues. The result is I need to get another axle made up and don't know anywhere to go. It's a simple axle and shouldn't take to much to make. Does anyone know of a small shop that could get this made for me?

Depending on the job and complexity, I might be inclined to install new bearings, and have the spacers machined up instead.

i went through the same thing when doing a rear wheel swap on my FJ1200.

these parts here needed machined down an exact size.

there is a machine shop directly across the street from my work.

i took the parts in and told them what i needed. worked out great! very nice people, they typically deal with large scale stuff but were very happy to help me out.
you should stop by and talk to them.

I had already went this direction and didn't leave enough time to go the bearing route. I was suppose to be running Mojave today didn't make that so I'll still be going to Eureka next weekend.

I thought I could modify my axle but it didn't work the way I thought it would. I needed to move the step in the axle back about 15mm and thought it could be turned in a lathe. I didn't realize that there was a taper on the ID that would keep me from going that way.

I believe I might be able to go another route and just cut the spacer to fit the axle so it might be easier anyway but still need to find someone with a lathe.

I'm so close.. Thanks for the help I'll check these guys out.
