According to the Googs, the autonomous vehicles don't operate at speeds over 25mph. So what the fuck is it doing in a 35mph zone?

nothing wrong with going under the limit (which is a maximum, not a minimum). but it should pull over if more than 5? cars are behind it.
then again, from the description i wonder why the cars did not simply pass to its left, it's a multi lane road and was in the slow lane.

But really, of all hoggers and cloggers, the po-po cites of driverless car. On any given and random mile of motorway, there's always a jackass purposely doing that.

I got stuck behind some asshat in a Dodge Ram on 4 yesterday evening while heading to El Sobrante. The guy was doing 55-60 in the left lane while the right lane was at a steady 60. I was 5 cars behind him starting where 4 goes into 2 lanes after you get through Martinez. By the time we got over the hill and bump bridge there were no cars in front of this guy (at all) and a solid line of cars behind as far as I could see. I was fucking raging by the time I managed to get around him.
One person completely fucking up traffic on 4. Those are the people cops need to be ticketing.
