Lost CA title and I live out of state

I lost the title for my bike. I moved out of state and now need it. How can I apply and get a new CA title while living in Kansas City MO without having to go back to the dmv in person?

I just updated my mailing address with them. Yes google is my friend but hell whammy your lack of insight or helpfulness is shameful to the good nature of Barf. I've been on here for a bit but haven't lost my penchant for wanting to help out fellow riders.

"You may submit this application either in person or by mail. You can make an appointment at your local DMV or mail the completed forms with payment to the following address"

Fee seems to be $20. And, give it a few days/check up on the DMV site to MAKE SURE your address change went through properly. Otherwise, if your application doesnt match DMV records you WILL have to show up in person with registration card (read on the website).
