looking for CPU/motherboard combo

My 13 year old is building his first computer. :thumbup
He has already purchased a good case, 600 wt power supply, radeon HD 7770 GHX edition vid card, and 16 gb of DDR3 1600 dual channel ram, so he needs something compatible with the ram.
He has $150.00 to spend, and still needs a cpu/motherboard combo.
If you have a set of good used parts, please let me know.
