Will go up to the top of Mt hamilton, and probably do del puerto as well. And grab a feed at the junction if it's open these days? I heard it was closed.

Well, I'm interested, that's for sure.

If only my 701 wasn't peeing coolant like its had a dozen beers. The WR may have to suffice.

Ooo, maybe. More likely if you start a bit later: The Junction doesn't open until 11:00 , so you're going to get there way too early to eat.

Newbee's rides are too fast and going the wrong way for me :p. At my quick pace I'm probably still like 10-15 minutes behind his 90-minute marker.

me and a few guys will be riding Mines/Del Puerto as well but we're starting 1/2 hour after you. Once we hit I-5, we're just gonna take the freeway back

Yeah I intend to do a bit of a there and back. Figure out what people want to do when we’re get started.

Also don’t want to spend all day out there.

We did that ride a coupe weeks ago on the groms and the junction was open. We started from the Livermore side and rode to the observatory. Went down the sj side to the cal fire station, turned around and ate lunch at the Junction

Nate, you're missing out on Del Puerto and the back side of Hamilton. This can be made into an awesome day ride. Also agree that the leave time is too early. Junction doesn't open until 11. Ooops, didn't read the whole post.

Matt, front side of Hamilton is fun too like the Grom guys said. Parts of it are perfect smooth asphalt

If you're on the way in the morning, please post here. I'll be checking this thread, so if you're coming and running late I'll be able to know.

Bring the Buell, they're awesome.
