Let's talk Allergies and Asthma

If you get lots of allergies at night, it's almost certainly a dust mite allergy. Get rid of all down, everywhere. Synthetics are fine, I have also done well using grinded latex pillows, and I have a camel hair comforter that I swear by (~$300 at Euro sleepworks.) If your mattress is ancient, toss it and get a new one. Clear all sheets 1x a week using hot water.

It's not particularly bad at night anymore, but I did used to notice it at night because it would disrupt my sleep.

I have a new bed and sheets. I will need to wash my comforter soon though.
