Know where to get a seat reshaped?

I'm looking for someone to reshape my seat a little bit.

The oem seat (Ninja650) slopes forward toward the tank too much causing me to scoot my butt back frequently. I'd like to have foam added up front to flatten it out/make the front higher.

I'm in the East Bay but anywhere in the area is acceptable.

Thanks,
Bob

Laam in Redding is reported to do a great job. I've sat on a few of his seats and they're real nice.

I was going to go see Rick Mayer up that way (but he took a bunch of people's money and went into hiding). Then I was going to go see Rocky Mayer down in Socal (but he closed).

There's a shop in Vacaville (ABC Upholstery I think is their name) which claims to do seats, I have never heard anyone mention them nor have I seen any of their work. They did an awesome job for me on an automotive project once. Might be worth a call.

Corbin in Holister will custom shape a seat for you if you buy one of theirs.

Is the sag set correctly? It isn't too low in front? Can you raise the height of the front of the seat via spacer washers or similar? For some bikes that works.

As far as seat foam mods, I found this guy through BARF, and he did good work for me:

Scott & David, Thanks!

I'll give ABC and Tony a call tomorrow.
Tony's Yelp reviews are many and all five stars, I'll probably go there as he specializes in Moto seats.

I have a Seat Concepts cover and foam for my NX250 and while it's a big improvement over stock (wider in back and eliminates the excess forward slope) I found their recommended foam way too hard. Had them make me another foam 3 steps softer than standard and it is better but I wish I had gone softer yet. Anyone else find the SC foam too hard? I'm light weight with a skinny butt.
