Been listening to these over lunch at work. Extremely helpful Ken thanks so much for this great info. Would love to hear more about ideal order of operations as we enter/exit turns, especially pertaining to weight distribution on the bike (body position and geometry changes).

Maybe 'order of the sport' will cover this, either way keep up the great talks!

There are certain things that need to be done prior to corner entry, as you enter, prior to the exit and the exit. It of course depends on many many factors..but yes, I can do something that goes over all of these things.

Thanks Ken. love the pod casts. not as good as live coaching but a great supplement to doing a day with Rickdiculus (spelling?)

Just wanted to say that today I applied the "slowest point" to my autocross and it worked like a charm .. thanks Ken.
