Yes, Coming down from Reno. Made some changes to my suspension on my F4i. Looking forward to seeing how the bike works. -Jeff

ex-AFM these days
I'll be there both days. Breaking in new leathers (hopefully not testing abrasion resistance), calibrating a steering damper, and testing some new forks.

Had a great time both days. Brought the wife and kids, and so did a bunch of other riders too. It was almost like Family Appreciation Weekend with the Keigwins!

Ooooh, saw Lance get STEAMED at a guy running antifreeze on his Kawi. Rules are there for a reason folks.

Great photos by Dito and Oz as usual.

I was there on saturday. That had to be the nicest day temperature wise that I've ever had at Thill. It was actually below 100F.

Apologies to anyone that I held up in the A group. I was having some serious front suspension issues that kept me running wide at the exits. Apparently a couple peeps complained so I dropped down to B+.

No doubt one of the kids you are referring to was Cameron Beaubier. Fast? Well, he just got back from qualifying for the 2007 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup (and he made the cut), so yeah, I guess he's fast. :teeth

I believe Cameron is 13 and Yeah he is fast  I was on the wall talking to one of the crew and he ran a 2:08 which was
" quite a bit slower than his usual times"

They are all really pumped about Qualifying.. I believe 1000 13 to 16 yr olds were invited to try out. If I am not mistaken we have three American kids that made the cut.. ANd a LOT of the Europeans have been racing the track at Spain for several years allready so to say they had a big head start on our kids is an understatement !
