COVID-19 info: if you are not feeling well, please stay home. If you are coming out to play, please bring a mask and practice social distancing. No temp checks, but I will be checking gear and for general overall good health before we all ride together. I have never asked anyone to leave one of my rides, please don’t ruin my streak.

Who: I ask you have 3000 miles under your belt if Berryessa Or Mines rd are chosen as a route. kneedraggers welcome too. Come out and play.

Lunch: The Junction

Due to poor cell reception out there, we will be using two way radios. Channel 7-4. I will be giving leads and sweeps radios for safety reasons. I am bringing a few, if u have a radio, you are welcome to bring it.

PLEASE:
*Safety first.
*This is not a race, ride your ride always.
*Arrive with the needed amount of gas (2 gas stations 1/2 block from peets).
*Make sure your bike is in good operating condition.
*Make sure you are in good working order.
*ATGATT pretty please.
*we will break into groups depending on who shows up (to accommodate varying skill levels) if needed. Everyone is expected to ride within their comfort level.
*Experienced riders who want to ride a mellow pace are always welcome.
*Volunteers for lead and sweep always appreciated and will receive good karma.

The Goal is for newbies & not so newbies to have a fun ride, learn new routes and meet new riders.

Please post up if you plan to join us, as it is helpful in planning leads and sweeps.

Mountain View BBQ. Completely missed it last year. Hwy 4, 120, 108, 395, 89, 4.

Since Hwy1 goes all the way from Leggett to Santa Barbara, where would beyond be?

Hwy 1 goes to San Juan Capistrano, 150mi beyond SB. Guess "beyond" that would be San Diego? Kind of far for a day ride, though. :laughing

I'm a maybe for this, we'll see. Still crossing fingers that we'll be able to go visit my family in Hawaii, but it's looking less and less likely.

There are 2 *$ on Vasco, and your facepuke link is broken.

Tri-Valley Two Wheelers is a private FB group. I think you will need to join to see. I am a member and can see the post when I click on the link.

^ Totally possible we may join you, but I won’t make the call on the route till a week before. And with this fun pandemic, who knows what July holds.

Hey there! If it’s still on I’ll likely be there at 9:30 TMW. Maybe I’m thickheaded but it doesn’t look like anyone settled on a route. I was planning on riding mt Hamilton solo tomorrow anyway, but I’m up for whatever as long as I’m not out for more than 5-6 hours

Being away from crowds, Mines Rd would probably be better with fewer freaky passes plus it’s just such fun.
Break into groups so we’re not all nose to tail and kick it at the junction on the way to/from the top of Mt Hammy.

Could connect with the Tri-Valley group at the Vasco⭐️

Mt. Hammy is still closed, gate locked, with zero parking, signs all over the place. You can park at Grant county park. They have restrooms, although can't guarantee for the cleanliness. Was there last weekend.

It will make the route call Thursday. Weather forecast looks stellar.
I am concerned about the 50% increase of COVID-19 cases over the last week in CA. I do not plan to cancel the ride, but I will ask we chat in groups of 8 or less people while practicing social distancing.
