Judge Tosses California Ammunition Purchase Law

Looks like a judge has tossed the CA ammo background test, for now.

What that means is (for now) you can once again order ammo on line. With no background check.
The online ammo sellers have already removed the roadblocks for CA sales.

? Well yeah that's a given, 9th circuit makes many horrible decisions. But I don't see anything about a stay on the injunction. Seems like people are still able to buy ammo without the background check, given everything is sold out by now anyway I imagine.

Prices weren't the greatest but given the increased demand, new gun owners, and times as tough as they are, I bought 1000 rounds of .223 off SG ammo. They processed my order before the stay came down. Phew!
