Support Engineer
Widgetbox is looking for a talented, energetic Support Engineer to add to our team. We're a fast-moving dev team and the new addition will be able to have a large impact on the company and the product. This person will interface with end-users to identify and resolve issues. This is NOT a job for a support person that is not comfortable reading/writing HTML, Javascript, etc.

Every day, we help millions of people express, connect, create, and inform using web widgets. Web widgets are mini, portable-applications that can be added to any web page and serve two important goals: 1) Add Dynamic Content to Your Site & 2) Reach New Users Across the Web.
We are the world’s leading distributed marketplace for web widgets with tens of millions of monthly viewers and thousands of developers and bloggers. Our mission is to provide easy-to-use, powerful, self-service tools that help web publishers realize the value and magic of widgets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answer e-mail and forum user support issues and report on metrics (e.g. most common issues, volume, response time, etc.)
· Investigate issues derived from user-support and resolve
· Participate in weekly SCRUM planning, design, and implementation
· Initiate and assist in scope and design of projects / features
· Writing and maintaining Selenium and other automated testcases
· Writing and maintaining non-automated testplan
· Other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
· BS in Computer Science or similar OR 5+ years relevant experience
· Experience readin/writing Javascript, HTML, CSS, and/or Flash
· Experience in a production environment supporting a live site a plus
· Interest in learning all layers of the application stack
