Isle of Man TT cancelled for 2021

This covid thing is messing up the calendar once again. No word on the Classic in late summer yet though.

I'm making a prediction now that the TT does not come back.

No surprise. I reckon the main concern is crowd control, since it's a street course. Racing in closed circuits worked relatively well with Covid.

They did it a bit a go.

The major concern is two fold.
Public health safety and the $$$ needed to invest in advance to have an event that might not take place.

This is not put on with big corporate sponsors paying the freight.

A tough but good call. It is to help keep it in future years.

The Manx is still scheduled to run at last look.
