So I'm listening to NPR regarding the whole cash to Iran for hostages accusations and a listener comes on for comment. The listener's delivery is stilted and punctuated by heavy breathing as though he were rubbing one out or enjoying some sexy time while on the air.

Is this a thing?

Could have been. But there was no real pattern to it. Like a regularly intermittent gasping. It was like he was getting off and peaks/breathing pattern were varied. P.S. And the fluctuations didn't seem associated with his speaking either. That's kinda what made me think, "This guy is getting off."
