Ps3 has been acting horrible. I thought the numbers shown were supposed to be closer together but then again I don't know anything about this kind of stuff.

Most people are getting asynchronous internet connections these days. Blazingly fast download and so-so upload. Check and see what your contract says you should get because that looks like a ridiculously low upload.

Could that be why I've been getting horribly slaughtered lately playing COD?
